Recently residents in both Burghclere and Newtown have received invoices from Thames Water for mains sewerage charges despite not being on mains sewerage and therefore not liable for such charges.
Should you have received such an invoice, we have been advised that writing to Thames Water Utilities Ltd, PO Box 286, Swindon SN38 2RA seems to have resolved the issue for some residents.
